The first floor features the bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has sliding doors opening onto the large sun terrace which is a great spot to relax and watch the sun go down as boats cross the bay between Spain and North Africa. On a clear night you have wide open views of stars and constellations in the sky above.

The ground floor is open plan. The kitchen is well equipped for stay at home dining. The living area is comfortable, with multi-language regional premium TV, a comfortable chill out space and a 8 seat dining table if you want to dine inside on the odd occasion that you don't want to enjoy the outdoors.

The ground floor veranda has a larger dining table seating 10 and a separate cosy seating area. A real charcoal Weber BBQ is off to one side of the veranda for those who want to cook al fresco!

The well-tended garden has flowers, cacti, trees and palms to give you a comfortable green oasis within which to chill.
